After graduating from college in 2021 and starting life in the real world, I struggled, like many of my friends, to make self care a part of my daily routine as a young adult. After experiencing how that took a toll, both on my body and my mental-health, I was inspired to start Mili. Our small, but growing team is determined to create a space where people could take control of their lives, reclaim their power, and start intentionally making changes for the better.
