The Hack Your Nervous System card deck is your "cheat code" for reclaiming a sense of calm, safety, and regulation in your life. Designed by a  licensed mental health counsellor, Brianna Rose, this deck is infused with Evidence-Based Mind-Body techniques sourced and adapted from time-honored yoga, Qi Gong, Buddhism, Eastern Medicine, and the current science of Somatic Therapy.

The purpose of this yoga card deck is to help you increase your awareness of your mind-body experience, to reprogram your Nervous System to seek for safety over danger, and to offer you a sense of empowerment and control over your stress and anxiety.

My family and I...

My family and I absolutely love this deck. We spent an entire afternoon going over some of the exercises together. From the details and the instructions to the line art, it is apparent that Brianna put forth a lot of time and effort into every intricate detail on each card. These are GREAT activities for families of all ages, especially little ones (and even adults!) that are learning how to control their emotions!
